The day trip starts from the yard of the Holiday Village with shared transportation.
On the Norwegian side, the first stop is the coastal Sámi fishing village of Nesseby, located on the Varanger Fjord. In Nesseby, you’ll get to admire the Arctic Ocean, which never freezes — offering ever-changing, stunning views over crystal-clear waters.
On the return journey, we’ll visit the Sámi Museum in Varangbotn (Varjjat Musea), where you can explore the prehistory of Finnmark as well as Sámi handicrafts and mythology.
